Bechtel WonderCup Challenge

The WonderCup AwardThis WonderCup trophy is presented to the top Bay Area high school science quiz & innovation team. Each winning team member also receives a high quality notebook computer courtesy of Wind River Systems. Members of the second place team each receive a $500 cash scholarship.  In all, five teams — twenty students — receive awards.

The team registration period for the 2009 Bechtel WonderCup Challenge has ended.  If you didn’t register a team this year, please think about doing so in 2010.  WonderCup teams consist of two girls and two boys, with at least one 10th grader and one 11th grader among them, all from the same high school.  To prepare, study basic science like crazy!

WonderCup Challenge, Round #1 ends Friday, Oct. 16, at midnight
